Big update for Towers and Workshops

- Project name has changed to "Towers and Workshops" (previous name is "The Wrld")
- Town hall title is now visible in build mode (not only in siege)
- Added building titles to show building stats
- 3D Models of advanced factories is now bigger than 3D Models of basic factories
- Towers are now manually upgradable. Instead of the automatically selected attack upgrade per each kill, there are now upgrades for Attack, Attack speed, Damage, Attack count, AOE and Range. Each upgrade costs 4 kills
- Monster power for Player 1 and Player 2 are now equal
- Added monster power boost indicator to Sieger Panel (left)
- Increased monster power boost for PvP; There are still more monsters in PvE
- Significantly improved cmake superbuild
- Added build helper scripts to towers_and_workshops_src.zip
- Balance changes
- Ammo of Stone Tower and Elite Tower are now finite. Significantly buffed Stone Tower: increased damage and attack
- Increased cost for Fortify and Train Militia in towns
- Reduced cost for advanced factories
- Were fixed several bugs: broken defender panel markup, strange position of monster, etc..
